Updated September 28, 2026How do free previews work?
Describe your business on the home page, pick a script and a voice, and press play. Previews are free, need no signup and carry a light watermark. You get 5 a day.
Which file format do I need?
Choose your phone system when you buy and we deliver the format it needs, for example 8 kHz WAV or MP3. The setup guides show where to upload it on each system.
Where are my files?
Your receipt email has download links, and every greeting you bought is in My Greetings. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
Can I change a greeting after I buy it?
Yes. Each greeting includes 3 re-renders within 7 days, to change the wording, the voice or both. Open it in My Greetings and edit. Changing only the background music is free for those 7 days.
I can't sign in.
Enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send a one-time sign-in link, valid for 15 minutes. Check your spam folder, or use Sign in with Google if that email is a Google account.
How do refunds work?
Full refunds within 30 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
How do I delete my data?
Email support@voicegreetingstudio.com from your account's address. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
