What's made by AI

• Scripts. AI writes three draft scripts from what you type. Scripts are written by US-built AI running on Cloudflare's network; your business details are never sent to overseas AI companies.
• Voices. Every voice is synthetic, made with AI text-to-speech. No person records your greeting.
• Background music. The optional music under your greeting was generated with AI for us, and it's royalty-free.

What you decide

• You review every script and can edit the wording before you hear it. Nothing is final until you buy.
• You choose the voice, the background music and your phone system.

Previews and the files you buy

Free previews use a faster preview version of each voice and carry an audible watermark. The files you buy are made fresh in the full studio voice, so they can sound a little different from the preview. Listen to your files after you buy: every greeting includes 3 re-renders within 7 days if anything needs fixing.

About our voices

Our 12 studio voices, like Professional Sarah and Warm Marcus, are synthetic voices from a licensed voice library, made with the consent of the people whose voices they're based on. The character voices we're preparing will be original designs, not imitations of real people.

We don't clone voices, and we don't offer celebrity voices or soundalikes.

What your callers hear

Your callers hear a synthetic voice, not a recording of a person.

If a law that applies to your business requires you to tell callers they're hearing an AI voice, you're responsible for doing so. You can add a line such as “This message uses an AI voice” to your script.

Check your greeting before you use it

AI can get things wrong: a wrong fact, an awkward phrase or a mispronounced name. Check every detail in the script and listen to your files before you put them on your phone line. You're responsible for your greeting's content and accuracy, including your hours, phone numbers and any promises it makes. If a name comes out wrong, see how to fix a mispronounced name.

Our safeguards

• We refuse requests to imitate real people, celebrities or public figures, and we block some public-figure names outright.
• Previews carry an audible watermark until you buy.
• We don't use your business details or scripts to train AI models.
• Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what you can't make with the service.
