How phone menus work
A phone menu greets callers, then offers choices, like press 1 for sales and press 2 for support. A phone tree pack is $29 for up to 20 prompts in one voice. Each menu uses the keys 0 to 9, and menus can go at most two levels below the main greeting. You can test every key in the caller simulator before you buy.

Every recording a caller can hear is a prompt: the main greeting, the message behind each menu choice, and extra greetings such as after hours, holiday or on hold. A phone tree pack holds up to 20 of them, all in the same voice.
How deep can a menu go?
- The main greeting plays first and lists the first set of choices.
- Each choice can play a message, or offer its own set of choices.
- Those choices play a message. A pack stops there, two levels below the main greeting, so callers don't get lost.
Which keys can callers press?
Each menu can use the keys 0 to 9. Many businesses keep 0 for reaching a person.
Can I test the menu before I buy?
Yes. The phone menu builder includes a caller simulator. Press keys on the on-screen phone and hear each prompt play, the way a caller would.
What's in the download?
You get one file for each prompt, numbered in order, plus a zip with every prompt and a plain-text call flow showing which key goes where. You set up the menu itself in your phone system, using the call flow as your map.
You can add one background music track under every prompt. Phone menus start with Voice only.
