How to fix a mispronounced name

How do I fix it before I buy?

Change the spelling in the script itself, then play the preview again. Each new preview counts toward your 5 free previews a day.

How do I fix it after I buy?

1. 01 Sign in and open My Greetings.
2. 02 Choose Make changes on the greeting.
3. 03 On the Wording tab, type the word under Word, and how to say it under Say it like. Then choose Add.
4. 04 Choose Preview my changes to hear it. This is free and doesn't use a re-render.
5. 05 When it sounds right, choose Save and update my files. This uses 1 of your 3 re-renders, and your downloads switch to the new version.
6. 06 Upload the new file to your phone system again.

How should I spell it out?

• Break the word into syllables with hyphens, and use capitals for the stressed part, like "BOY-see".
• One fix covers every place the word appears in your script.
• Phone numbers are read digit by digit for you, so you don't need to spell them out.
• If the first try isn't right, try a different spelling and preview again.

What if I'm out of re-renders?
