Who we are

Voice Greeting Studio is operated by Hexoglyph Holdings, LLC, PO Box 1004, Clearfield, UT 84089, USA (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between us and you, the person or business using voicegreetingstudio.com (the “service”).

By using the service, including free previews, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it. Questions: support@voicegreetingstudio.com.

What the service does

You describe your business, and the service drafts greeting scripts with AI, reads them in a synthetic studio voice with optional background music, and delivers audio files formatted for business phone systems and voicemail. You can also build phone menus (auto attendant prompts) and test them in a caller simulator.

The service is for businesses and adults. You must be at least 18 to use it.

Free previews

You can hear a limited number of free previews each day without an account. Previews are watermarked and are for trying the service only: you may not use a preview on a phone system, in voicemail or anywhere else.

We may limit, pause or change free previews at any time, for example to stop abuse or when daily capacity runs out.

Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with a one-time link we email to you, or with your Google account. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can open your sign-in emails can reach your greetings. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Purchases, prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and at checkout. Everything is a one-time purchase: there are no subscriptions. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for. If we show a price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Credit packs

• Credits are prepaid and never expire.
• A greeting costs 1 credit and a phone tree pack costs 4. Other items, when offered, show their credit price before you spend.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or resold, and can only be spent on voicegreetingstudio.com.
• Refunding a credit pack removes its unused credits from your balance (see Refunds).

Re-renders

Each purchased greeting includes 3 re-renders within 7 days of purchase. A re-render can change the wording, the voice, or both. In a phone tree pack, each prompt gets its own 3 re-renders. Changing only the background music doesn't use a re-render while the 7 days last. Unused re-renders lapse after 7 days and have no cash value.

Refunds

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. We only give full refunds, not partial ones. A refund ends that order's downloads and re-renders, and you must stop using its audio. The refund policy has the details, including credit packs.

Your content and your license to the audio

You keep ownership of what you type into the service (business details, scripts, menu text and pronunciations). You let us use it only to provide, secure and improve the service, as our Privacy Policy describes.

When you buy a greeting or phone tree pack, we give you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use its delivered audio, including the voice and any background music we supply, for your business: on your phone systems and voicemail, as on-hold messages, and in your own business communications such as your website.

You may not sell, license or distribute the audio, voices or music on their own (for example as stock audio or sound effects), use them to train or build voice or music models, or remove any watermark from a preview. The license for a refunded order ends when the refund is issued.

Voices

All voices on the service are synthetic. Our character voices are original designs, not imitations of real people. We don't offer celebrity voices, soundalikes or voice cloning, and you may not present a voice as a real person who didn't record it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• impersonate a real person, or a business or organization you don't represent;
• create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• make robocalls, telemarketing or other outbound calls that break the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any similar law;
• get around usage limits, security checks or watermarks, or access the service with bots, scrapers or other automated tools;
• reverse engineer the service, overload it, or interfere with other people's use of it.

You're responsible for what your greetings say and for following the laws that apply to your calls, including any required call-recording notices. We may refuse to render, or remove, content that we reasonably believe breaks these terms.

AI-written scripts

Scripts are drafted by AI and can contain mistakes. Review every script before you buy it, especially names, hours, phone numbers and addresses. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and of the greeting you publish.

Phone systems and setup guides

We format files to each phone system's published requirements, and our setup guides describe the steps as we understand them. Phone systems change without notice, so we can't promise that every system will accept every file or that every guide is current. If a file won't upload, contact us and we'll help or refund you under our refund policy. Phone system names belong to their owners and don't imply any endorsement.

Studio Cloud Phone

Studio Cloud Phone is a separate business phone service. Sending the request form doesn't create a contract or commit you to anything. If you go ahead, a separate written service agreement governs the service, its pricing, equipment, taxes and fees, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we don't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer

Except for the refund promise in these terms, the service and all audio are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the audio, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or others. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@voicegreetingstudio.com. The license for audio you've already bought and haven't refunded survives termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
