Re-renders: what's included

What can a re-render change?

• The wording of your script.
• The voice.
• Both at once.
• How a word or name is said. See how to fix a mispronounced name.

What doesn't use a re-render?

• Changing only the background music, any time in the 7 days, even after you've used all 3 re-renders.
• Previewing a change before you save it. Previews still count toward your 5 free previews a day.

How do I make a change?

1. 01 Sign in and open My Greetings.
2. 02 Choose Make changes on the greeting.
3. 03 Change the wording, voice or music, then choose Preview my changes.
4. 04 Choose Save and update my files.
5. 05 Download the new files and upload them to your phone system again.

How do re-renders work for a phone tree pack?

Each prompt in a phone tree pack gets its own 3 re-renders within 7 days. The whole tree keeps one voice, so a re-render changes one prompt's wording. A music change applies to every prompt.

What happens when they run out?

After 7 days, or once you've used all 3, a new version is a new greeting: $9, or 1 credit. If you're not happy with a greeting at all, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days.
